- The last three payslips or proof of retirement.
- IRS return for the 2023 tax year (filed in 2024).

It is necessary to deliver a deposit (equivalent to 2 months of rent) and the 1st month of rent at the signing of the contract.

Long-term contract - minimum 1 year.

Expenses for water, electricity, gas, etc., are not included in the rent amount.
